L'Héritage Project: Custom Extra-Wide Chevron Oak Flooring

For the prestigious L'Héritage project, SVOYA Studio developed an interior that bridged classic elegance with grand contemporary scale. Achieving this required moving away from standard ME Floor range. Because the room has high ceilings, wide walls and large spaces - it needed a floor with bigger planks and a completely unique color. ME Floor implemented this spatial vision through custom Chevron flooring dimensions. By scaling up the traditional chevron sizes, we achieved a grand aesthetic while ensuring absolute dimensional stability: made-to-order format featuring an impressive 150 mm width and 750 mm length. This oversized geometry perfectly matches the proportions of grand-scale wall panels and high ceilings, avoiding visual clutter and expanding the room’s perspective.
The defining flooring accent of L'Héritage project are its color and finish. ME Floor custommised a completely unique non-range color-tone. Developed in close collaboration with designers, this exclusive, deep multi-tonal hue responds dynamically to architectural lighting, perfectly anchoring the interior's premium material palette. To preserve this exclusive look, the floor is protected with ME Floor UV Silk finish - a highly durable and resilient coating that provides excellent everyday protection while maintaining a beautiful, modern matte surface.
