There are 2 main Warranty types - finish wear-resistance and structural integrity. Warranty span depends a lot on a product specification and type of application (residential or commercial).

We use European White Oak, American Walnut, European Walnut, European Ash - for ME Floor top layer. 
Birch, mixed or eucalyptus water resistant plywood (depending on each project requirements) is used as a base in 2-layer structures.
In 3-layer flooring we use birch,   oak or alder for core and bottom.

ME Floor range is mainly prefinished with innovative UV Silk Protective finishes. UV Silk saves your flooring from being easily scratched by natural abrasives like sand and dust, protects wood surface from liquids and, at the same time, feels and looks natural. 
Another type of finishes we can use is Hard-wax oils. If you are keen on naturalness or need the easiest to maintain floor - this is the perfect choice. We can also use other types of finishes upon request.

ME Floor products are commonly installed even in public places like pubs and offices, so kitchen is a good place to enjoy a wooden floor. This is helpful to use protective rugs in areas of additional wear and moisture load (in front of your sink or by the terrace entrance etc.) to avoid unnecessary stress to you floor. If needed, do not forget to maintain your floor before its protective finish wears through.
